Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after approval. During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended.

Customers will receive email notifications with updates on their order status. If you need to change your shipping information, please inform us promptly. Orders that have not yet been packed can typically be modified.

Shipping Information (U.S., Canada, and International)

Within the U.S.:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $5.95, regardless of the number of items ordered.

  • Delivery times typically range from 2-5 business days for continental U.S. destinations. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping to Canada:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $9.99.

International Shipping (Outside the U.S. & Canada):

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $14.99.

Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our custom money products, we do not accept returns or exchanges or give refunds. Each order is uniquely crafted, and as part of our process, customers will receive a final proof via email for review and approval before the product is sent to print. This ensures that you know exactly what to expect and have the opportunity to make any adjustments before production.
